Mental Health First Aid

Course content includes depression, panic attacks, schizophrenia, substance abuse, psychosis, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, suicidal thoughts and behaviours, traumatic events and self injury. The course, delivered by a certified trainer, equips individuals with:

  • understanding of where and how to get help.

Any adult (18 years and over) interested in increasing their understanding of mental health is welcome to attend an upcoming workshop. All participants receive a Manual and Certificate of Completion.
